Senior Sales Representative (Digital Marketing Sales)

We are looking for a sales representative to solidify our existing team. In this role, you will be in charge of developing new business partnerships and growing your existing client portfolio.

What your day-to-day looks like

  • Have business conversations with SMB owners, learn about their needs and simplify digital marketing for them, mostly through phone conversations or virtual calls, sometimes in person :)
  • Build a partnership with business owners by acting as a trusted advisor and selling the right digital products and solutions that best suits their specific needs;
  • Generate new sales opportunities, connect and follow up with potential clients via phone or email;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop new strategies to grow our sales network and consistently reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Develop and sharpen your sales techniques and soft skills through personalized training and coaching sessions;
  • Become a Hubspot wizard, by ensuring all communications are listed, and nurturing our database with clean and timely data entry;
  • Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table!

What you bring to the team

  • More than 2 years of experience (face-to-face or cold calling);
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus or a strong desire to improve your knowledge (Website, SEO, SEM, Community management, etc.);
  • Perfectly bilingual in English* and French (Spoken and written);
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills, including good listening and verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-based environment.
