Positions: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
Location: Toronto
Job Type: 6-month contracts and full-time positions available

Our client is currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals with either experience in the Financial Services industry and call centre experience.

Interested? Come to our open house from Monday to Friday, November 21st to 25th, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Where? 55 University Avenue, Suite 950 in Toronto.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to telephone inquiries regarding products in an efficient and professional manner
- Verifying data and information on applications to ensure their accuracy
- Ensuring service standards are in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Replying to internal and external clients’ queries and providing solutions
- Maintaining proficiency in the use of various systems
- Keeping up to date on the policies, programs, procedures, and market trends
- Executing other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills in both official languages (written and verbal)
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial industry
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic learner and adaptability to change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Postsecondary certificate/diploma or university degree
