I'm Clémence, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
We are looking for a Front-end Developer to join a dynamic technical team. The position is permanent, hybrid (2-3 days on site per month).
As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing the user interfaces of the company's websites and mobile applications. You'll work collaboratively with the development team to create fluid, high-quality user experiences.
Tasks :
Design and implement modern, aesthetic and ergonomic user interfaces.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate mock-ups and prototypes into applications.
Optimize site and application performance to guarantee a fluid, fast experience.
Ensure seamless compatibility with different browsers, operating systems and devices.
Develop interactive and dynamic functionalities using state-of-the-art Front-End technologies.
Test, debug and adjust code to ensure robustness and compatibility.
Participate in technology watch to keep up with the latest trends and best practices in Front-End development.
Key success factors :
Technical background: With a degree or diploma in computer science, you have 3 to 5 years' experience in areas such as web development and solution design. You are familiar with web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SOAP, RESTful web services) and have solid programming experience. Expertise in web application development, Java or SQL would be an additional asset.
Business acumen: You know how to analyze user needs and transform them into concrete, effective solutions. Your ability to identify business challenges and propose appropriate solutions contributes to optimizing processes and upgrading existing systems, particularly in an SAP environment.
Curiosity and innovation: Passionate about new technologies, you are constantly seeking to perfect your skills and keep up to date with market trends. Your interest in technology, security and business processes drives you to offer innovative solutions tailored to users' needs.
Problem-solving skills: Thanks to your analytical and organizational skills, you are able to quickly diagnose complex problems and find appropriate solutions. You enjoy taking on technical challenges and optimizing system performance by analyzing problems from different angles.

- Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing.
- Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.
- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.
