AW Chesterton, a leading international manufacturer of industrial fluid sealing systems, high-performance protective coatings, and specialty industrial maintenance products, is seeking a Shipper/Receiver/Repair Center Technician for its Montreal center.

As a Shipper/Receiver/Repair Center Technician, you will work under the supervision of our Eastern Canada Service Center Manager.

Your responsibilities include:
- Performing various shipping and receiving activities and maintaining inventory using D365.
- Set up and operate simple machinery, such as sandblasters and polishing tools.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, such as a drill press.
- Perform simple in-process quality control tasks according to established engineering standards.
- Operate a CNC for gasket cutting. (Training provided)
- Perform simple production tasks, cutting packing braids, and assembling kits.
- May perform tasks under instructions, if required.
- Perform other tasks on the fabrication floor, such as assembling pallets and wooden crates.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Experience required for this position:
 - One to two years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under general supervision and independently, as required.
- Ability to follow detailed written and/or verbal instructions and procedures to ensure workplace safety and efficient inventory management.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, as required by the position.
- Ability to operate and maintain a forklift, as required.
- Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
