  • (Internal Title: Business System Implementation IV)
    • Establish a BIM governance framework with clear ownership, accountability, and compliance tracking, aligning with ISO 19650 for structured information management
    • Define EIR and AIR to cover the full project lifecycle, integrating ISO 19650 for seamless transition from design to operations
    • Redefine BIM standards in procurement and contracts, ensuring lifecycle compliance and structured data handover
    • Implement a CDE with version tracking and integration with GIS and Digital Twin systems, following ISO 19650 for operational data management
    • Integrate 3D and 4D Scheduling to enhance construction planning and real-time simulation across project Phases including:
      • Review the existing 3D BIM models and project data stored in the CDE to ensure they are accurate and up to date. Ensure that the models contain detailed information about building components, materials, and specifications
      • Choose a 4D BIM software that is compatible with Client’s CDE and 3D BIM tools. Ensure the software supports integration with existing systems and workflows
      • Receive the project schedule data, typically in formats like Gantt charts or Primavera P6 and link this scheduling data to the 3D BIM model elements within the CDE to create a 4D BIM model
      • Use the 4D BIM software to create the 4D BIM model by combining the 3D model and the scheduling data. This process involves mapping the construction activities to the corresponding elements in the 3D model
      • Engage all project stakeholders in the validation process. Use and update the integrated Schedule and 4D BIM models to conduct collaborative sessions to review and validate the construction sequences, identify potential conflicts, and make necessary adjustments
      • Perform simulations of the construction process using the 4D BIM model. Analyze the sequences to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or conflicts
      • Ensure that the 4D BIM model and associated data are properly integrated and stored within the CDE
      • Provide training to project teams on how to use the 4D BIM tools and interpret the 4D models. Ensure that all team members understand how to access and utilize the 4D BIM data within the CDE
      • Introduce quality and audit validations to improve design accuracy, enforce compliance, and accelerate review processes, incorporating ISO 9001 best practices
