You Are:

A big picture thinker with a specialty of working across teams and clients, with your pulse on the latest Rail Operational technology solutions. You’re not afraid to think outside the box, and you’ve guided Rail clients through their digital transformations. There’s a depth and breadth to your knowledge of tools and implementation options - and you’re a leader guiding from the front. Communication and people skills? Yours are a cut above, which is why you’re so good at building and managing a team-centric environment and working with clients. And when it comes to problem-solving, your creative and analytical abilities shift into high gear.

The Work:

  • Proactively cultivate and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities that align with their needs.
  • Apply deep industry knowledge to collaborate with our primary clients in the Railroad sector, comprehending their business objectives and proposing effective solutions.
  • Innovate boldly, considering diverse people, processes, and technical solutions to drive substantial change within client organizations.
  • work closely with our clients, and design team to create, implement, and troubleshoot a range of manufacturing programs and software.
  • Lead technical sales calls with clients, work closely with project managers and engineers, and confidently manage differences of opinion across the spectrum.
  • Participate in the project life cycle to implement required solutions
  • Able to build credible and trusted relationships with clients, teams, and vendors
  • Combine an understanding of the business and tech side of the Rail industry based on your years of experience and deep insights
  • Lead high-performing global teams to on-time, high-quality outcomes
  • Research and monitor technology development and industry trends for their applicability and functionality.
  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization foster relationships, resolve conflicts, deliver performance feedback.
  • Identify and implement automation and innovation to rotate to the NEW including managing team capability to rotate to the NEW
