WHO YOU ARE:

We are currently looking for a Jr. Production Assistant to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team. The Jr. Production Assistant will provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned.

The Jr. Production Assistant main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Hanging and organizing samples.
  • Follow up’s with supply chain photo shoot sample requests.
  • Assist in updating Internal Use with QC report information
  • Assist in checking basic measurements on all shipment samples.
  • Coordinate and send out parcels and liase the tracking number to the supply chain.
  • Open and manage all parcels rceievd daily and distribute.
  • Assist Apparel departement with ongoing tasks and projects.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a pertinent field of study;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook and Excel;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced demanding environment.
