Who We Are
Art Massif is a fast-growing and dynamic company specializing in the design and fabrication of glued-laminated timber structures. We are recognized for our collaborative approach and our ability to deliver unique projects that blend technology, aesthetics, and performance. To support our expansion, we are looking for a passionate and technically skilled sales representative to develop our market and assist clients in bringing their projects to life.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities for timber structure projects.
- Understand client needs (owners, architects, engineers, contractors, developers) and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the client, engineering, and production teams to ensure feasibility and successful project execution.
- Present and promote the benefits of glued-laminated timber solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure thorough project follow-ups.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical presentations across North America.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in sales and/or construction project design, ideally in mass timber structures.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and collaborate with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; experience in the U.S. market is an asset.
- Good technical knowledge of glued-laminated timber structures and manufacturing processes OR a willingness to learn and deepen expertise. We have the best team of passionate to teach you!
- Knowledge of architecture and the ability to sketch concepts and translate client ideas into feasible solutions is an asset.
