Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team, supporting our Core Services and National Real Estate and Construction team. This role will be in-person for a minimum of three days a week and includes ownership of the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational support to campaigns, events and programs with demonstrated adoption of modern marketing tools, processes and best practices that grow market share through demand generation, conversion and engagement metrics, and attributable revenue.
  • Day-to-day liaison with the internal marketing function and various business stakeholders
  • Track and report ROI on all campaigns, initiatives, programs, events, sponsorships and other marketing efforts
  • Manage and coordinate updates to the firm’s intranet and industry team’s SharePoint site
  • Help support the coordination of projects
  • Help support the tracking and administration of budgets and invoices
  • Ensure team meets approved project timeframe, scope, quality, and budget expectations
  • Organize all elements of a project lifecycle and follows processes to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of projects
  • Schedules meetings and maintains project plans to keep projects on track
  • Build strong relationships with firm wide services team and partners

Your experience and education

  • You have at least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • You have demonstrated rapid understanding, adoption, and application of technology tools
  • You have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have the ability to work autonomously, manage several projects and priorities simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget
  • You have experience working with senior professionals in a fast-paced environment often with tight deadlines
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative nature, with an ability to build strong relations with all levels of the firm and work in a cross-team environment
  • If you are bilingual (French/English), it will be considered a strong asset
