Your Opportunity
As part of our fast paced growing Solution Operations practice, we are seeking a Project Manager. You will lead and manage the team delivering new and on-going engagements for assigned Clients, identify and drive continuous improvement actions, and lead the transition of projects to operations. You will apply principles of Agile methodology across your day to day operations along with ITIL including incident, problem, change and release management. You are passionate about serving & building strong relationships with Clients, coaching and leading a team to target deliverables and driving maturity through continuous improvement actions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assigned engagements through to successful completion against the key pillars of scope, budget and timeline
- Lead internal engagements stand-ups and customer meetings
- Develop and maintain internal & external stakeholder relationships
- Draft meeting agendas and publishing of meeting minutes
- Manage action, change and risk register for all assigned engagements
- Manage the transition of assigned projects to operations
- Track, monitor and control budget based on the planned budget of an engagement.
- Budget forecasting and execution of cost management strategies where applicable.
- Develop and manage delivery plans for every assigned engagement.
- Manage and lead the change management process inclusive of estimates, approvals, change requests and statement of works
- Identify engagement risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Manage resource assignment and work allocation for all engagements.
- Be an escalation point for business critical scenarios as identified by the Client
- Apply ITIL principles of incident and problem management for reported issues by the Client
- Manage engagement conflicts and challenges in a timely professional manner.
- Manage the release management process from internal testing to production release
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to the engagement team as and when needed.
- Adhere, follow and update standards & guidelines where applicable
- Identify areas of challenges or opportunities in assigned Client engagements
- Identify areas of improvement, innovation and optimization that will improve existing processes and methodologies
- Contribute to thought leadership articles where applicable

Your experience and education
- 3+ years of experience in Project / operations management in technology
- Bachelors or Diploma or degree in Information technology, Business Management, Project Management preferred.
- Agile Certification (CSM), ITIL or PMP preferred
- Proven experience in one or more areas within the Software Development Life Cycle i.e. architecture, development, business analysis or quality assurance.
- Proven experience in managing software development projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to Operations team.
