Your Opportunity
Our Vancouver office is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team to support marketing, branding, and go-to-market efforts across the West region of Canada.
You will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans, managing budgets and resources, and overseeing the performance and results of your marketing campaigns. You will also work closely with local and national leaders and marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Work closely with a variety local leaders to develop and manage marketing programs and initiatives targeted at chosen market segments
- Lead end to end marketing planning from ideation, to planning, execution and measurement, ensuring consistency and quality across the region
- Manage and optimize the marketing mix for the regions, including online and offline channels, events, partnerships, and content. A significant portion is focused on events and sponsorships.
- Research, develop and manage sponsorship programs
- Manage incoming marketing requests from national and regional offices, and workflow to staff
- In-depth experience with digital, direct, analytical marketing and funnel optimization; with a strong understanding of what drives return on marketing investment
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action and lead generation content
- Optimize our marketing efforts and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Grow our subscriber base by developing content that is aligned with local needs and interests
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in key priority areas
- Build sound business cases so your creative ideas are heard
- Collaborate with designers, other marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders in our target audiences
- Ensure marketing programs and initiatives are in accordance with the Firm’s strategic plan, and in compliance with the firm brand guidelines and policies across the region
- Monitor and report on the performance and results of the regional marketing activities, using data and analytics to evaluate and optimize the marketing effectiveness
- Develop and manage special projects as required, including research assignments, presentations and project documents for marketing and communications, go-to-market, and business development initiatives
- Continuously look for opportunities to innovate and bring new thinking to the growth of the business.
- Able to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Your Experience And Education
- College Diploma or University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, professional services experiences is an asset
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing plans and campaigns
- Passionate about event marketing and sponsorship marketing
- Proven track record successfully driving marketing efficiency, delivering marketing KPIs and achieving business results.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with a variety of personas
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Marketo
- Well-informed and up-to-date on digital marketing best practices
- Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional negotiating skills
- This role requires some travel across Western Canada
Salary range: $89,000-$135,000/ year
