Sales Administrator

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

Shift Details: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison with the Commercial/Fleet Service team to assist commercial customers
• Coordination of vehicle deliveries, shipping quotes and upfitting
• Assist in tender requests and quoting
• Assist in building deal files, booking out of deals and customer receivables
• Customer base contact management

• Previous administration experience would be considered an asset
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities, including Microsoft Excel, Word
• Valid 5F driver's license, clear drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work is required
