THE ROLEAs an Arena Attendant with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will be part of a team proud to provide safe, quality arena facilities to members of the Canadian Armed Forces community. You will take satisfaction seeing them at play and enjoying the facilities.
Daily, you will ensure the ice rink is maintained, dressing rooms are ready and equipment is organized and in proper working order. You will greet visitors, manage access to the facility and answer customer inquiries. You will patrol the facility to ensure rules and regulations are being followed and equipment and facilities are safe for all those that visit.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
An acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience
AND Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications
Experience
In providing customer service
In using basic software for word processing, e-mail, and internet browsing
In Ice rink maintenance (an asset)
In operating ice rink equipment (an asset)
Competencies
