As Senior Manager, Personnel Support Programs (PSP) at CFMWS, you will be at the helm of our operational efficiency, spearheading strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions. From optimizing processes to nurturing a commitment to outstanding customer service, you will be instrumental in delivering programs and services to your clients - members of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families.
As Senior Manager, PSP, you will plan, coordinate, manage, and control the operations and delivery of Personnel Support Programs, including hospitality (Messes), physical fitness, sports, recreation, health promotion and community service programs.
You will be responsible for the management and administration of personnel and program delivery for the teams located in Moose Jaw (SK) and Southport (MB) including the financial oversight of various funds. You will liaise and partner with other divisions of CFMWS and participate in the development and implementation of Base policy, as well as oversee fitness training and sports programs, policies, and directives.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Physical Education, Recreation, or Health Promotion, AND several years of management experience in a related field
OR
A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes, but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience

In planning, managing, controlling and evaluating the operations and delivery of multi-business operations

In writing, interpreting and applying policies, procedures, regulations and applicable legislations
