Director, Data and Reporting - Data and Insights-camh

The Director of Data and Reporting, reporting directly to the Chief Analytics Officer, is a key member of CAMH's Data and Insights leadership team. This role involves guiding the strategic direction and overseeing CAMH's enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and reporting functions. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to uncover critical business insights, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making across the organization.

The Director will connect CAMH's data assets with actionable insights, driving the effective use of data resources. Responsibilities include integrating advanced technologies, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and promoting the transformative potential of data within CAMH's operations. The Director will collaborate with various teams to drive innovation, identify trends, and develop scalable solutions aligned with CAMH's objectives.

Ensuring data governance, the Director will maintain the integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of CAMH's data assets, establishing robust governance frameworks and working with internal and external stakeholders.
