Description
The CAMH Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is currently seeking a Project Manager for a full-time contract (12 months) position. The Project Manager (PM) will report directly to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager or Senior Project Manager, Health Information Systems and to project sponsors for project deliverables.
The primary focus of the Project Manager will be on Health Information Systems Projects, which are focused on adding new modules or enhancing existing modules within CAMH’s electronic health record. The PM will be assigned as lead on some current and upcoming projects. These could include Digital Front Door, Research Org, Measurement Based Care, Mass Spectrometer Interface Project, Temperature Monitoring and Referral Management System Optimization. The incumbent will be responsible for hands-on leadership as well as execution of work in order to achieve goals and objectives relating to the assigned project(s). This may involve direct and/or indirect supervision of staff delivering on project tasks (task assignment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management) and budget management to ensure projects are within scope, on budget and on schedule.
The Project Manager will be responsible for working with multiple clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders both internal and external to CAMH. The Project Manager will develop work plans, accountabilities, timelines, requirements, communication plans, change management plans, training plans, etc. for the assigned project(s) with key stakeholders and ensure these deliverables are developed and executed in a manner, which supports agreed upon timelines and objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the project(s) in accordance with EPMO processes. This position may also include project administrative tasks.

Currently we are working in a hybrid environment with two days per week on-site and three days per week remote. On-site work would primarily be at the CAMH Queen Street site, but may occasionally require travel to other CAMH sites and/or partnering agencies. This division of time may change in the future at the discretion of project or organizational leadership.
