Research Analyst - Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre-camh

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a part-time, contract (12 months) Research Analyst to support work within the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre, specifically with studies looking at neurophysiological biomarkers in the brains of autistic adults. The Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre is the first research and education centre in Canada dedicated to improving care for adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities and mental health challenges. The Centre’s efforts are organized around four pillars - research excellence, clinical innovation, education and training, and knowledge exchange. Currently, the centre is actively involved in research activities related to the brain stimulation studies in autistic adults using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), electroencephalography (EEG) or magnetoencephalography (MEG) and repetitive TMS (rTMS). The ultimate goal is to translate findings from these studies into targeted treatments for autism-related challenges, including executive function, sensory, and motor difficulties.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, neuroscience or related degree combined with one (1) year of relevant clinical research experience.
