Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Associate - Ecommerce (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Actively assist in the co-ordination of the timely and accurate execution of all Asset Protection initiatives as per Company standards
• Be a role model to the team and others
• Protect the assets of the Company
• Perform covert investigations
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet objectives
• Develop a rapport with the internal team
• Conduct audits, support policies and procedures ensuring compliance
• Monitoring of systems and procedures to detect internal dishonesty
• Liaison with law enforcement agencies
• Regularly communicate with associate and management
• Excellent working knowledge of CCTV equipment
• Duties are not limited to the above and may be modified as determined by the Asset Protection Manager/Director

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years Asset Protection experience or related field
• Must have valid Ontario Security License
• Completion of recognized Law & Security course an asset
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have excellent working knowledge of computers
• Interviewing/Investigation skills
• Full flexibility with schedule to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
• Detail oriented
• Systems proficiency
• Knowledge of Inventory process an asset
• Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/ civil proceedings
