What This Position is All About:

The role is to optimize labor resources based on business analytics. This position is responsible to partner with Store Leadership and Manager, Workforce Planning to produce store schedules for all back of house and selling associates.

Who Are You:

  • Demonstrates ease in flexing all communication styles in order to build & maintain relationships

  • Has a good sense of time and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner by utilizing time management and organizational skills

  • Able to analyze long term challenges and provides possible paths to solutions by using technical and decision making skills

  • Customer focused with the ability to act promptly in routine situations and sees a clear plan of action to a positive result in the customer’s eyes

You Also Have:

  • 2+ years industry experience

  • Experience utilizing Workforce Management tools desirable

  • Knowledge of concepts and procedures associated with workforce planning

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Scheduling programs) and familiarity with web-based software preferred

  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, solution seeker

  • Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines

  • Display a capacity to learn quickly and respond well to changes and opportunities

  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

As The Coordinator, Workforce Planning, you will:

  • Schedule Production

    • Responsible for staff scheduling to include: shift rotations, PTO, breaks, etc.

    • Allocates and maintains an adequate staffing schedule/pattern to assure coverage meets daily customer needs.

    • Checks daily staffing pattern as scheduled on allocation sheets.

    • Maintains daily staffing levers per established par levels, utilizing WFM program

  • Workload Planning

    • Manage store hours, cosmetic profiles, hours payback management, and boh workload levers to accurately forecasting non-sales related hours required.

  • Store Support

    • Provide support to Store Leadership as required

  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as directed by Senior Manager, Workforce Management
