What to Expect:

The Manager of Performance Marketing will manage the media team’s Performance Marketing portfolio with support from the Director of Media Planning & Retail Media in the development and implementation of paid marketing strategies that are excellent in execution, on time, and on budget. They will support the tactical implementation of the business’s marketing strategies by leading their direct business partners, vendor and agency partners, and other marketing team members.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, execute, measure, and review the ongoing effectiveness of the performance marketing programs within (but not limited to) Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok communicating the results to the business partners. Based on results, develop and implement financially viable course correction activity to ensure the achievement of the business's financial goals

  • Coordinate and manage communication and execution of paid marketing programs with vendor, agency, and brand marketing partners.

  • Provide coaching and direction to cross-functional teams ensuring an understanding of the paid media marketing landscape.

  • Forecast and manage monthly/annual paid marketing budget in conjunction with the Director of Media Planning.

  • Analyze and research industry trends and consumer preferences in support of developing paid media strategies for the designated business priorities

  • Track and understand key digital marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize based on insights to increase awareness, consideration, and conversions.

  • Proactively respond to changing business trends

  • Other duties as required in support of the director and the marketing team

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Commerce preferred

  • 3+ years’ experience preferably at an agency working on paid search and/or paid media

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated and progressive success in marketing, advertising

  • Strategically minded with a background in marketing function and methodologies

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, third-party management systems, and data handling

  • Advanced level experience running PLA campaigns and managing shopping feeds

  • Ability and willingness to learn corporate technology
