Description
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Person who, in addition to performing an entire range of complex administrative tasks, takes responsibility, within her/his administrative unit, for the coordination and qualitative control of a set of functions dealing with the office administration, office automation and secretarial tasks. Her/his responsibilities generally and mainly include the organization of office work or of an area of such activity such as accounting or procurement.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: * Must hold a completed High School diploma and at least one (1) year of relevant experience;
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of routine office work;
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher;
- Practical, attentive to detail and analytical;
- Sense of accountability, resourcefulness and vigilance;
- Proactive, autonomous, flexible and discrete;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
- Teamwork skills;
- Courtesy.
LANGUAGE - Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Cree;
- Fluency in French is an asset.
