Procurement Specialist

As a procurement specialist, each day will be a unique adventure. By working with all departments at Coveo, you'll discover a dynamic environment where your tasks on the daily will be far from a redundant routine. 

• Support internal clients in their procurement needs, guide them through procedures, and provide advice. Analyze requests to understand needs, requirements, and challenges;
• Collaborate with our security and legal experts to analyze new requests, manage risks, and establish contracts. At Coveo, data protection and security are paramount!
• Compete and compare available solutions on the market. Negotiate contractual and strategic agreements to obtain the best options on the best terms;
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and establish partnerships as we use cutting-edge technologies and strive to maintain our competitive advantage!
• Contribute to the evolution of procurement strategies and internal processes. At Coveo, we are flexible! If something isn't working, we question it, try, and adjust;
• Update and input information in the ERP. 

• Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in procurement;
• Mastery of contract reading and review;
• Expertise in purchasing technologies and services;
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent prioritization skills;
• Rigorous mindset, exemplary organization, autonomy, and customer orientation;
• Advanced computer skills, ideally with knowledge of Workday & ServiceNow.
• Working proficiency in French.
