The talent attraction team's mission is to attract the best talents through various marketing initiatives, including events management, HR marketing campaigns and internal programs management. Coveo is always on the lookout for talented individuals of all backgrounds to join all areas of the company, from internships to very experienced and specialized profiles, which is why your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in attracting the right people in the right role. 

This is your chance to actively contribute to our hiring efforts success by taking the lead in planning, executing and reporting various marketing initiatives that will drive qualified applicants to our open and future roles!

As our talent attraction advisor, you responsibilities will include
  • Internal and external events management, including ; developing partnerships, planning, logistics, follow-up strategy and more. For example, you will be responsible for organizing the mythical Coveo Blitz. 
  • Digital campaigns management, including alignment with talent partners, execution and reporting.
  • Manage and improve internal ambassador and referral programs to drive engagement.
  • Track and report on various HR marketing initiatives using social metrics, UTMs and KPIs.
  • Manage Coveo’s employer brand by ensuring our online presence, including social media posting and making sure our website and job descriptions are aligned with Coveo’s brand.
Here is what will qualify you for the role 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on event planning and management.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset; this is a relatively new function and there’s a lot to do and explore!
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in French and English as you will need to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders located across the globe.
What will make you stand out
  • Exceptional deadline management skills.
  • Experience working on marketing or HR marketing projects with the goal of building a qualified applicants pipeline. 
  • Track record of making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
