What will your typical day look like?


In this role some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support the development and delivery of Delivery Transformation learning programs, tools and processes created to support leaders and practitioners nationally and globally
  • Support and coordinate with various teams in project planning and management to ensure milestones are met, and deliverables meet expectations
  • Coordinate and execute Delivery Transformation training with other members of the team and various interested parties (formerly referred to as stakeholders) of all levels
  • Continuously improve & streamline learning programs and associated processes to improve the business experience

Delivery Transformation supports Technology & Transformation (T&T) and other Deloitte Businesses to elevate our success by working in lock step with the business to harness the power of people and technology to re-imagine our delivery capabilities, manage risk, and improve our efficiency and quality.

You are someone who is:

  • Experienced in professional services (three or more years), preferably with experience in learning program development and delivery .
  • Able to create high quality work products in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to interrupt data and report outputs to support business communications and decision making.
  • Process-oriented and has demonstrated the ability to prioritize to achieve deadlines and results.
  • Able to effectively develop written communications for all levels within the Firm and build plans to effectively manage multiple collaborators.
  • Capable of thriving in ambiguous and time-sensitive scenarios.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000 for consultant and $80,000 - $138,000 for senior consultant, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
