Deloitte is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead specializing in Data Conversion for SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading data migration projects, ensuring seamless data integration, and providing strategic insights to optimize our clients' HR systems.

What will your typical day look like?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage data conversion projects from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis and Mapping: Perform detailed data analysis and mapping activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define data migration strategies, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of converted data.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced data conversion tools and techniques to facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data into SuccessFactors from SAP ECC.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including data conversion plans, mapping documents, and post-migration support guides.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on data conversion processes and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data conversion efficiency and effectiveness.
About the team

Deloitte’s Canadian SAP Human Resources Transformation team is a growing practice with 50 consultants located across the country. Together with our global consultants, we proudly serve clients in Canada and around the world. We are recognized by industry analysts as the World’s Leading HR Transformation Practice. Training and certification are very important to us. We have consultants skilled in all facets of Human Resources Management: Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Management. We are also trained all along our careers in our Deloitte Project Tools and Methodologies. We work in dynamic and challenging environments within a firm dedicated to helping us be the best that we can be.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data conversion and migration, with at least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data conversion tools (e.g., Infoporter, SAP Data Services, LSMW, HCI), ETL processes, and SQL. Strong understanding of HR data structures and business processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC certification is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
