What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you would be part of Deloitte Global’s Organizational Design & Transformation team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day project management and developing materials to advance our core business transformation initiatives.

  • Prepare project and program actions associated with Organizational Development, Design and Transformation including leading and preparing project tasks, managing day-to-day operations and activities of specific projects and providing general client engagement for respective Org Design and Transformation activities
  • Engage and solicit feedback from clients to inform key decisions, work outputs, and shape, scope and plan for future work
  • Support data analysis, management, and visualization components for business transformation initiatives, working with other Deloitte Global Organizational Design & Transformation team members and Deloitte Global Talent Team initiatives
  • Support, collaborate, advise, and facilitate conversations with internal and external partners to submit data and conduct data analysis to help achieve business objectives, proactively plan for and forecast needed actions and activities for ownership of projects and programs
  • Develop and deliver project plans, track them to completion, and follow-up on risks, issues and come up with mitigation strategies to solve for them
  • Accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on scheduleand communicate these milestones to internal clients and internal Organizational Design & Transformation team leadership
  • Deliver excellent service, in line with process requirements, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.
  • Deliver and support scheduling, facilitation, and fulfillment of requests from internal clients and program stakeholders
  • Run reports and data analysis for Deloitte Global Talent Team and our clients as required

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Sciences, Human Resources or the equivalent
  • 4+ years Management Consulting Experience or equivalent (ideal candidate will have experience in Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness experience)
  • Knowledge of Organizational Effectiveness, Human Behavior, Talent Experience or Change Strategy
  • Proven track recorded and experience successfully leading project delivery
  • Can manage leading practices to enable greater project efficiency and effectiveness, and successful track record of applying insights, theory and research into applies best practices
  • Experience successfully managing competing priorities
  • Strong demonstration of data analytical skills and ability to prepare executive ready materials, including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team setting
  • Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges effectively
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and mostly virtual environment for effective outcomes
  • Can assess and evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
