You will work with Finance Executives to optimize shareholder value and transform the finance function, overseeing engagement planning, budgeting, and team management to ensure quality and timely delivery. To achieve this, you will lead a team providing finance transformation, performance management, solution implementation, and advisory services to enhance client Finance operations.
Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional growth will be essential in your role as leader. You will also engage in business development within key accounts and deliver consulting services with a diverse, cross-functional team.
Your role demands an entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, project management, and client service skills to drive change and deliver exceptional results.
As a Senior Manager you will:
• Collaborate with senior Finance leadership and stakeholders to optimize shareholder value and transform the finance function;
• Lead and manage finance transformation projects from start to finish, aligning with client objectives and timelines.
• Guide the adoption and integration of advanced financial technologies like ERP systems, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure deliverable quality and manage engagement economics to ensure client satisfaction and firm profitability.
• Cultivate client relationships and be actively present on the market by attending industry or finance related events.
• Lead end-to-end proposals for solicited or unsolicited bids
• Manage and coach a diverse team of consultants with a servant leadership style, focusing on the need of our people, coaching and mentorship model.
• Participate in eminence development and external events to build the practice and firm reputation.

The Finance Transformation team has a long history of collaboration and innovation with our clients to offer CFOs holistic solutions to their most complex business issues. We understand the real problems affecting businesses today, and take the perspective of the CFO to understand impacts to their teams, technologies, and processes. We draw on our global network of professionals and industry experiences to tailor solutions to our clients’ most urgent needs. Whether setting a vision, developing strategy, designing the Finance operating model, improving processes or deploying technology solutions, we are passionate about helping Finance leaders improve their operations and achieve their business goals.
• Must have extensive experience in top tier consulting environment;
• Completed Accounting or Financial Designation (e.g., CPA, CMA) or an MBA.
• At least 10 years’ professional experience in finance transformation projects;
• Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities including project economics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in disciplines such as ERP system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), Enterprise Performance Management system implementation (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Oracle), FP&A, Global Business Services, Finance Operating Models, Finance process design and business case development;
• Additional expertise in one or more of the following areas is an asset: large scale finance transformation projects, costing, advanced finance analytics and application of AI in Finance;
• Strong professional and client service orientation, with proven business development skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with perfect native fluency in French. Professional level of English is necessary.
• Experience working in or with the Public Sector (Provincial or Federal Government) is an asset.
• Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter USA to work on client assignments.
Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
