We are looking for a Millwork Estimator for our growing Commercial Woodworking Division.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Estimating
Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for woodworking projects, taking into account materials, labor and other relevant factors.

2. Client Interaction:
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates and address any concerns, thereby fostering strong client relationships.

3. Vendor Negotiation:
Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best materials and services while maintaining profitability.

4. Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses and implement cost reduction measures to ensure projects remain financially viable.

5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project teams, including architects, designers and construction teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Compétences recherchées

Requirements and working conditions
Experience in commercial carpentry
Experience in cost estimating
Skilled in reading plans
Very good knowledge of materials related to the field
Be very organized, methodical and avant-garde Attention to detail
Know how to work with precision
Ability to work in a team
Ability to maintain good communications and relationships with customers
Demonstrate diligence and punctuality
Good knowledge of the office suite
