The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Executive Assistant - Pulp and Tissue. This job is full-time permanent.

Your Challenges:
- Ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the management team by providing administrative support to the President of Pulp and Tissue, as well as members of their team.
- Draft and format documents using computer software, including editing, proofreading, translation, research, document management, filing, archiving, and photocopying.
- Open and distribute postal and electronic mail, and forward correspondence as needed.
- Manage the calendar and organize meetings and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel logistics.
- Respond to information requests and refer inquiries as necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, create purchase requisitions, and process invoice payments in SAP.
- Manage expense accounts for the President of Tissue and Paper and their management team.
Your Profile:
- College diploma in office administration, business administration, or any other relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative support.
Your Skills:
- Excellent ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and adapt to rapid changes.
- High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Versatility, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken, read, and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Co-Pilot
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
