Teachers under contract with ECSD have benefits with 100% of health benefit premiums paid by the Division.

Experience working and teaching First-Nations, Metis, and Inuit children
Experience working with children who've experienced trauma and a trauma informed lens
Experience working with students who have severe emotional and behavioural challenges, and other learning difficulties
Experience with restorative justice practices
