Principal Elk Island Catholic Schools Camrose, Alberta 2025-2026 School Year We are seeking faith filled Catholic educators interested in serving as Principal in the city of Camrose. The successful candidate will have a student-centered vision and the ability to provide strong leadership. The position will commence in August 2025.You are a strong Catholic who is a natural relationship builder, interacting positively with students and connecting with parents, support staff, teachers, parish, and community partners. Your leadership is open and transparent, and you are committed to professionally and collaboratively doing what is best for students.Through a track record of recent successful teaching and leadership experience, you have developed a positive and motivating style. You are a strong instructional leader, knowledgeable in developing an inclusive educational program for all students. You use a collegial, strength-based approach to decision-making that is grounded in consensus-building. Above all, you are a faith filled person and a champion for students and staff.Your educational credentials include a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate supported by a Master's degree or equivalent relevant to the field of education (may be in progress). Leadership Quality Standards certification (LQS) is considered an asset. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate successful leadership as a school principal and will be able to demonstrate a high proficiency in the Catholic Leadership Quality Standards and the Marks of an Excellent Catholic Leader.
