Open to: Internal and External candidates who are qualified teachers of CTS/CTF. Those teacher candidates, who are already approved EIPS substitute teachers, are to submit their change request for consideration via the Certificated Sub Preferences Update eForm (Subjects and Levels section) in their online Atrieve profile instead of applying to this new job posting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education degree
Must have or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate
Related CTS/CTF training/experience required
Effective organization and classroom management skills
Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experience or familiarity analyzing data and using data to inform decision and/or instruction
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
