I am looking for an accountant for my client in Montreal. This is a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will be:

- Responsible for recording all transactions in the company's accounting cycle, payroll processing, cash management and account analysis.
- Carry out sales invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Record inventory receipts, supplier invoices and make payments.
- Record deposits and reconcile bank accounts
- Produce payroll and ensure the integrity of transmitted data
- Produce analyses and reconciliations for the preparation of financial statements
- Manage credit, make inquiries, approve orders, and contact customers as needed
- Maintain group insurance files (additions, withdrawals, billing) and provide support to employees as needed
- Participate in the improvement and control of accounting and administrative processes

- DEC. in administration, accounting option or equivalent training;
- Experience in a similar position of at least three years;
- Mastery of the complete accounting cycle;
- Good knowledge of accounting software (Sage 300 an asset);
