I am Romane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for a chief accountant for my client in the agri-food sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode in Boucherville.
Carry out the end of month process;
Check and ensure the accuracy of entries made in the accounting system;
Supervise the finance team, including assisting the accounts payable team and
admissible;
Responsible for defining and implementing a credit management process in order to optimize
customer follow-up;
Participate in the analysis of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards;
Prepare end-of-month and end-of-year analyses;
Monitor capital expenditures and ensure compliance with standards
accountants;
Participate in the budget process;
Prepare the audit file;
Prepare the documentation required as part of external audits;
Participate in different projects;
All other related tasks.

Knowledge of SAP (asset) and the Office suite.
Bilingualism required
Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting with the CPA title
Have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position, with team management responsibilities
Experience in the manufacturing field
