I am looking for an accounting technician for my client in Montreal. This is a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Carry out the production and analysis of financial results: monthly journal entries,
files, reconciliations, calculation of ratios, analyzes and reports at the end of the month, quarters and
end of the year;
- Prepare and optimize templates for different work files (budgets, estimates,
depreciation and other if necessary);
- Create different reports in the accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics);
- Prepare financial information for external partners;
- Preparation of certain files for the auditors;
- Carry out inter-company transactions;
- Import data into GP;
- Prepare GST and QST reports;
- Replace clerks during leave or vacation;
- Closely support the Head of Financial Control and the Director in the management of operations
routine, during specific mandates and/or special projects and contribute to the success of
the entire company
- DEC. in administration, accounting option or equivalent training;
- Experience in a similar position of at least three years;
- Mastery of the complete accounting cycle;
- Good knowledge of accounting software (GP an asset);
