Your responsibilities:
- Perform complete bookkeeping for several companies;
- Record daily transactions;
- Make accounts payable payments;
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations;
- Verify accounts receivable and cash receipts;
- Inter-company transactions;
- Manage the entire payroll process;
- Participate in month-ends and year-ends according to deadlines;
- Analyze monthly budget reports and financial statements;
- Monitor progress towards financial and accounting objectives;
- Review and continuously improve accounting processes;
- Other related duties
Your profile:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- DEC in accounting or equivalent diploma;
- Mastery of accounting software and Excel;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail; Autonomous;
- Respect for confidentiality;
- Ability to prioritize work;
- Written and verbal communication skills.
