Hello, I'm Clemence, Recruitment Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. I specialize in assisting SMEs and groups, and work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for a real estate company based in Montreal, which is serenely pursuing its development.
Your responsibilities :
- Responsible for the complete accounts receivable cycle (invoicing of monthly charges, preparation of ad hoc invoices and credit notes for tenants, deposit and recording of all funds received including those going to the bank, etc.).
- Responsible for complete accounts payable cycle (invoice entry, payment processing, contacting suppliers, etc.).
- Reconciliation and processing of credit cards and expense reports.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data required for carbon accounting and other ESG measures
- Assist with the preparation of month-end reports and year-end files
Profile :
- DEC or BAC in accounting or a related field
- Bilingual - French / English
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Real estate experience (residential experience an asset)
- Experience with Yardi - an asset
- Attention to detail, adaptability, autonomy and organizational skills
