Hello, I'm Marian, Director of Recruitment and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance, accounting and payroll.
I'm looking for an Associate Director of Finance for an aeronautical company. In a context of passing on responsibilities as you take over the position, your responsibilities will include :
- Monthly reporting and updated budget, as well as presentations to parent company and management;
- Support and manage a small Finance team;
- Ensuring the smooth running of the budget process, including cash flow forecasting;
- Annual audit;
- Updating the business plan and improving its modeling;
- Preparation of SRED tax credit applications and funding claims;
- Improving the ERP implemented in January 2024.

Your profile :
- You have a university degree in accounting/finance and hold the CPA designation;
- You have between 5 and 10 years' post-designation experience in a firm or similar position, with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience in preparing SRED tax credit applications is an asset.
- Work experience in a start-up company is an asset.
- Superior reporting skills, including presentations;
- Excellent command of Excel and strong PowerPoint skills;
- Rigor and accuracy, as well as strong financial analysis and modeling skills;
- Training in auditing standards and good understanding of internal controls;
- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP;
- You are organized and respect deadlines.
- You have a very good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
