I'm looking for an Audit Manager for an accounting firm in downtown Montreal.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare a work plan and set deadlines for various mandates
- Supervise and review assurance and compilation files, providing follow-up and support to auditors
- Regularly inform the associate of the progress of files
- Follow up special requests with clients on a daily basis
- Evaluate professional staff summarily, on an ad hoc basis, and carry out detailed annual appraisals
- Participate in office planning meetings
- CPA auditor designation
- At least 5 years' experience in an accounting firm
- Very good knowledge of ASPE and NCOSBL
- Superior oral and written communication skills (French and English)
- Thorough knowledge of Caseware, Taxprep and the Office suite
