Your responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Financial statement management
- Payroll management
- Budget preparation
- Enter daily entries accurately and on time to meet deadlines.
- Bank reconciliation
- Perform GST-QST
- Produce various reports as required
- Other related duties as required.
Your profile:
- Acomba and Excel skills (table navigation)
- Good command of daily accounting operations
- Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, efficiency and the ability to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy and on time.
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to prioritize work
- Very good command of French (written and verbal)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
