I am looking for a Senior Accounting Technician for my client, an accounting firm with about ten employees, located in the city center. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Your tasks will include:
-Managing client bookkeeping
-Filing GST/QST returns
-Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
-Preparing month-end reports
-Preparing and analyzing financial statements
-Communicating directly with your portfolio of English-speaking and French-speaking clients
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-2-3 years of experience as an Accounting Technician
-Experience in preparing corporate and personal tax returns
-Experience in an accounting firm
-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and Caseware software, a plus
