Je suis à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, situé au centre-ville de Montréal, d'un gestionnaire de projets TI - applications. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, en mode hybride. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (90 000 à 110 000$) - sur une base de 40h semaine.
I'm looking for an IT Project Manager - Applications for one of our customers, located in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($90,000 to $110,000) - on a 40-hour week basis.
Your duties will include :
* Plan and organize the various phases of application projects, from design to production launch
* Draw up schedules, define budgets and allocate resources for each project
* Monitor projects in line with deadlines, costs and quality objectives
* Coordinate the activities of technical teams (developers, integrators, testers) and business users
* Facilitate communication between the various parties involved and ensure effective collaboration
* Organize and lead project meetings, draft minutes and ensure the flow of information
* Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with business teams
* Write functional and technical specifications and specifications
* Participate in defining technical solutions in collaboration with architects and developers
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
* Set up performance indicators to measure project progress
* Supervise testing phases (unit tests, integration tests, user tests) to guarantee application compliance
* Degree in computer science, project management or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management, with a specialization in application projects
* Certification in project management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master) an asset plus
* Good knowledge of application technologies and environments (ERP, CRM, web and mobile applications, etc.)
* Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
* Ability to understand technical architectures and information systems issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational skills, rigor and ability to manage several projects in parallel
* Bilingual: English and French
