I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. Our team of IT experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
I'm currently looking for an IT support technician for one of our customers. This is a permanent, hybrid position. Salary varies according to experience (maximum $60,000).
Je suis présentement à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, d'un technicien support informatique. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, hybride. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (maximum 60 000 $).
Your tasks will be :
* Manage day-to-day IT-related problems.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve daily incidents, ensuring fast and efficient handling.
* Offer proactive technical support, providing rapid and appropriate solutions to end-user problems.
* Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support, ensuring effective follow-up.
* Accompany new employees during their integration process, to ensure rapid familiarization with tools and procedures.
* Document solutions to recurring problems and keep existing knowledge databases up to date.
* Carry out change requests outside normal working hours (updates, server reboots, maintenance, etc.).
* Diploma in computer science, user support
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Understanding of Windows operating systems, computers, servers, networks, mobile devices and other technology products.
* Experience with Active-Directory and Windows 10.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Bilingual English/French (written and spoken, some company employees are English speakers).
