Today, I'm recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in Saint-Hubert for an MES functional analyst. The position is permanent, hybrid, and offers great benefits.
- Analyzing and translating business needs into tailored technical solutions, ensuring efficient implementation with minimal adjustments.
- Designing and developing MES and SCADA solutions, actively participating in the development and optimization of systems.
- Writing and updating technical documentation, covering functional specifications, design, and test plans for SCADA and MES environments.
- Collaborating closely with users to ensure effective communication of objectives and expected results, and managing change.
- Project management and team coordination, fostering a shared vision and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders.
- Project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams comprised of internal and external resources.
- Defining and monitoring the technology roadmap, in alignment with strategic priorities and industry developments.
- Supervising projects in partnership with the PMO, applying best practices and ensuring their successful execution. - Leading and facilitating project reviews, coordinating strategic meetings to ensure the monitoring and effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a mastery of appropriate methodologies.
- More than 5 years of expertise on the SAP platform, with a specialization in SAP PP/PPDS.
- More than 5 years of proven experience with SCADA/MES solutions, particularly AVEVA/Wonderware.
- Combined training and experience may be considered equivalent.
- PMP and Agile certifications are highly valued.
- AVEVA MES certification is considered a major asset.
- SAP S/4HANA PP and/or PPDS certifications are strongly recommended.
- Process automation skills via SCADA (a plus).
- Proven experience in collaboration between business and IT teams, fostering strategic alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and provide effective troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge of label management solutions, including Loftware NiceLabel and cloud printing (asset).
