Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in Boucherville, a senior ERP business analyst with at least 5-7 years of experience and preferably in a manufacturing environment. The position is permanent, 100% on-site and with great benefits.

Mission: Lead the company's ERP optimization projects as well as provide leadership in the digital transformation of processes and support the company's technology strategy

Responsibilities:

**Collaboration with stakeholders**
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Management, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing Operations) as well as with external partners (ERP Consultants).
- Define, propose and implement ERP system and information technology improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Lead the implementation of projects by developing clear specifications, defining objectives, deliverables and milestones.
- Establish a project governance structure, including detailed planning, meeting tracking, committee decisions, budget management, as well as issue and risk monitoring.
- Organize, lead and document functional discussions while highlighting expertise on ERP system improvements, in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing support to ERP system users.

**Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation**
- Conduct opportunity studies (needs gathering, gap analysis, ROI analysis) for new projects.
- Be responsible for delivering technological solutions, particularly in the areas of automation and artificial intelligence, within the allotted deadlines.
- Participate in the selection of external partners for the implementation, maintenance or improvement of IT applications.
- Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams.
- Implement continuous improvement projects and interventions aimed at achieving expected results.
- Communicate internal change notices and ensure compliance with IT application validation, compliance and governance processes.
- Report on project progress to the management committee, with complete transparency and rigor.
- Integrate and promote best practices in project management.
- Create a work environment conducive to knowledge acquisition, collaboration, creativity and recognition of team achievements.

**Support to the Information Technology Manager**
- Maintain, document and improve internal procedures relating to Bill 25.
- Contribute to the development of performance indicators.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of cybersecurity.
- Ensure that IT service providers comply with the laws in force in Quebec and Canada.
- Collaborate with external suppliers (networks, infrastructures, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of solutions.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- **Experience:** 5 to 7 years in similar roles.

- **Technical skills:**
- Advanced expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Knowledge of BI reporting tools - *asset*.
- **Certifications:** Professional certification in project management (PMP, Agile) - *asset*.

- **Specific knowledge:**
- Mastery of organizational process analysis methods and information systems concepts.
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector -

- **Analytical and interpersonal skills:**
- Analytical skills, synthesis skills and ability to popularize IT changes
- Listening skills, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy.

- **Languages:** Functional mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.

The use of English is required in this position for the following reasons:

Communication with international clients: As some of our clients are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.
Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will be required to collaborate with English-speaking suppliers and partners for order tracking and contract management.
Writing documents in English: You will be responsible for writing reports, proposals or contracts in English for our international clients.
