Vos missions seront :
I'm currently looking for a systems administrator for one of our customers. This is a permanent, hybrid position based on the South Shore of Montreal. Salary varies according to experience ($90,000 to $100,000).
Your duties will include :
* Analyze, investigate and resolve small and/or large-scale technical problems
* Maintain and manage servers (Lenovo, Microsoft)
* Manage the virtual environment (VMware and Nutanix)
* Configure and manage server virtualization, ensuring optimum use of hardware resources and high availability
* Manage access requests for various network drives, ensuring compliance with company security standards
* Participate in training and mentoring team members on systems-related technologies and processes
* Deploy updates, patches and new software installations via SCCM to ensure system security and performance
* Monitor and analyze system performance to detect and resolve problems and optimize resource utilization
* Manage cloud licenses (allocation, tracking and recovery) to optimize costs and compliance
* Degree in computer science
* 5 years' experience as a network and systems administrator
* Significant experience in configuring, operating, maintaining and monitoring network, server and storage equipment of various brands.
* Significant experience in the installation, configuration and management of VMware and Hyper-V environments.
* Proficiency in Windows environments
* Knowledge of Nutanix an asset
* Bilingual, French and English (pan-Canadian company, English-speaking employees)
