Your position
I am currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager for one of my clients, a packaging manufacturer located in Marieville.
Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face - day shift
Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Be responsible for the optimal operation of equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance according to production needs.
- Develop and improve procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Organize the work of your team (service calls, work methods, schedules)
- Lead continuous improvement projects in the field
- Manage inventory, parts and building maintenance
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors
- Keep the CMMS system up to date (Interal) and monitor KPIs.

Your profile
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
-DEC or BAC in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or any other relevant field
-French and functional English
-Proficiency in CMMS software, Interal an asset
-Proficiency in Office suite (Excel).
- Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience
- Position 40/hr week - face-to-face - day shift. Full insurance and company RRSP.
