I am currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in the design and manufacture of wood products, located in Ville Saint-Laurent. - Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - day shift (7h00 to 15h).
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Supervise and coordinate the work of production and warehouse employees.
-Plan, execute and monitor the production plan.
-Train, evaluate and mobilize employees.
-Manage production efficiency, attendance and discipline.
-Ensure OHS, inspections and prevention.
-Maintain production reports and KPIs.
- Approximately 80% on the floor and 20% in the office.
Your qualifications
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in personnel management.
-Experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Communication, conflict resolution, time and priority management.
-Leadership, ethics, rigor and autonomy.
-Training in HR, operations management or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mind and managerial courage.
- Demonstrated work ethic, calm and patience in managing priorities.
Salary ranging from $65k to $85k
