Poste permanent - 40h/semaine - du lundi au vendredi - quart de jour (15h00 à 23h00).
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specialized in the design and production of packaging solutions, located in Granby. They are looking for a Production Supervisor.
- Permanent position - 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday - Evening shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
- Reporting to the Production Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of unionized teams on the production floor.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring the production schedule according to operational priorities.
- Fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, versatility, and accountability.
- Training, coaching, and supporting employees while ensuring procedures are followed.
- Enforcing health and safety rules and acting promptly in case of risks or incidents.
- Tracking performance (KPIs), ensuring product quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing unexpected production issues and adjusting workforce as needed.
- Applying disciplinary measures when required, while maintaining transparent and motivating communication.
Your Skills:
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, time and priority management skills
- Strong leadership, professional ethics, rigor, and autonomy
- Well-developed analytical mindset and managerial courage
- Ability to manage priorities with calm, patience, and professionalism
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in personnel management
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- College diploma (DEC) or vocational training (DEP)
Job Conditions:
- French-speaking work environment
- Salary between $80,000 and $95,000 per year
