We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This key role is essential to ensure the smooth running of our shipping and inventory management operations. If you are passionate about logistics and have excellent coordination and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Work closely with the shipping and inventory team to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, truckers and shipyards to make bookings in accordance with the terms of sales contracts.
Manage bookings in compliance with contractual shipping requirements (Incoterm, packaging, weight restrictions, container size, etc.).
Coordinate the entire shipping process, including booking, electronic manifest, bills of lading and freight invoices.
Prepare and approve shipping documents for export, verifying accuracy and performing data entry.
Obtain and provide load photos for all shipments, as requested by customers.
Create B13/AES export declarations for Canadian and U.S. exports.
Digitally record all correspondence and relevant documents.
Handle a high volume of correspondence with divisions, overseas offices, customers and transportation service providers.
Perform any other related duties that may be required.

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding or FCL/LCL Ocean Export handling.
- Knowledge of export regulations, CAED/AES, full understanding of Incoterms is a must.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel.
- Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control).
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements and execute accordingly.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others as a good team player.
- Must have good verbal and written skills: French and English
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business, transportation and logistics management, is considered an asset.
